Quality:

After a Quote is Accepted, and the Job Awarded, a job specific Routing Sheet
is generated by our ERP.

When Material is Received, It is Checked-in and Tagged with a Bar-code.
This Tag stays with the Material Through the Entire Manufacturing Process.

Any Remnants put into Inventory Retain This Tag.

Within The Manufacturing Process Quality is maintained by using First-Article,
In-Process, and Final Inspection forms.

If a non-conformance is found, it is corrected Immediately, and the root cause is
found, and corrected.
